Pack Pick Up FAQS
I’d like to have my pack posted to me. When will it arrive?
Once you’ve registered, you can select the pack postage option for $25 from your fundraising dashboard.
We’ll post your pack, so it should arrive in your mailbox in time for the event.
I can't pick up my pack in advance, what can I do?
If you won’t be picking up your pack up in advance, your pack will be available for collection on the day of the event at the IGO Start/Finish line.
Can I pick up packs for a friend?
Yes, you can pick up a friend or teammate’s pack for them, as long as they have reached their fundraising minimum. Please check in with your friend or teammate before collecting their pack.
Can I pick up my team's packs?
Yes, you can pick up a your team members' packs for them, as long as they have reached their fundraising minimum. Please check with your team mates before collecting their pack.
I have a question about my pack, who do I ask?
