Raised so far!
Sleepless nights are part and parcel of being the parent of a sick child. Now you can walk a night in their shoes and support Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia... Join us for Up All Night.
This overnight walk, starting after dark and ending at dawn, places you in the shoes of the parents who stay with us at the House.
We’ll be taking in the best of Perth by night, offering you the chance to see our beautiful city in a different light. Along the way, we’ll have pit stops for you to recharge and refresh.
Most importantly, by getting involved, not only will you be showing that you care about the families at Ronald McDonald House, but that you understand a little bit of what they’re up all night going through.
Every day, we walk alongside the families of sick children as they face the most difficult journey of their lives. We’re asking you to step up and stand shoulder to shoulder with us.
Participants need to raise at least $500 for RMHC WA but, on average, legends who fundraise for us raise double that amount. So - aim high and smash it out of the park for the kids!
When Jacob was born five weeks early with congenital leukaemia, things only got worse when all his organs began to shut down, and he had to be put on dialysis. A few weeks later Jacob had a severe brain haemorrhage, which then resulted in epilepsy and cerebral palsy. And so, within a few days, the whole family was given a place in Ronald McDonald House. Jacob and his family have stayed at Ronald McDonald House for hundreds of nights in the four years since his birth.
