My Why

In 2019 our daughter Brooklynn decided she was ready to join us nearly 8 weeks early. The 28 days she spent in the NICU were a juggle - balancing time with her big brother Xavier (then nearly 3) and time visiting Brooklynn in the NICU.

We were lucky - we lived close enough that meant we could sleep in our own beds and with family support close by.

I am walking for RMHC to support families  find comfort and friendship who just happen to live further away from the services those in the metro area take for granted.
