Sleepless nights are part and parcel of being the parent of a sick child. We’re proud to announce a new way to support Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia...Up All Night.
This overnight walk, starting after dark and ending at dawn, places you in the shoes of the parents who stay with us at the House.
We’ll be taking in the best of Perth by night, offering you the chance to see our beautiful city in a different light. Along the way, we’ll have pit stops for you to recharge and refresh.
Most importantly, by getting involved, not only will you be showing that you care about the families at Ronald McDonald House, but that you understand a little bit of what they’re up all night going through.
Every day, we walk alongside the families of sick children as they face the most difficult journey of their lives. We’re asking you to step up and stand shoulder to shoulder with us.
Meet the beautiful
They had Willa five weeks premature at King Edward Memorial Hospital and were then transferred to Princess Margaret Hospital where they stayed in the parental unit for one week. Finally, they were moved to our House where they stayed a total of twenty-five nights. Our House kept their family together during an extremely difficult time in their lives and Willa's dad, Daniel, can't say thank you enough!
